  8. Nature of the course: Elective
  9. Course Outline: Architectural professionals need to present design projects using appropriate techniques in order to better communicate with his/her clients and other participants of building process. This course will explore digital techniques for creativity in production and presentation of static images generated from architectural projects.
  10. Course Objectives:
    • To understand modeling techniques utilized in advanced 3D geometric environments
    • To recognize different light types and their impacts
    • To create materials and textures and to apply them on surfaces
    • To produce photorealistic renderings and animations from 3D models
    • To apply image processing techniques for rendered images for futher photorealistic output
  11. Requirements and Assessments:

There is an %70 (10/14 classes) attendance requirement for the course.

You need to obtain min. 30 points out of 70 points in semester courseworks (MD+TH) to submit a Final Project.

Late assignments will not be accepted.
